For hygiene and safety reasons, worn shapewear cannot be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
